Chef Jason is a culinary master. His waitstaff is very professional and personal. The casually elegant atmosphere lies well balanced between Austin Texas style and European bistro. The entrees are carefully prepared with finesse and a crafty imagination for the fresh herbs, high quality ingredients, and the artful presentations. Vegetarian? Ask the Chef! I have personally tasted his vegetarian pastas, sandwiches and other impromptu creations that would amaze any gourmand. Each entree, salad, soup, and appetizer is unique. Please, do try the desserts, they are perhaps some of the best in the state if not the Southwest. Watch out Dean Fearing!
